Aveo Robertson Park is a retirement village located in Robertson, a suburb in the south of Brisbane within easy reach of the CBD and the M1 motorway. The facility caters for a number of living options in a safe and supportive community where residents and visitors can enjoy a short walk from Sunnybank Plaza, Sunny Park and Market Square shops.
Project Design Brief
The building comprises a number of level access zones for the safety of its residents. For specific areas, designers wanted an efficient drainage system that could be incorporated across one finished floor level for both inside and outside the building. A discreet grate was also required to visually complement the large size terrazzo tiles selected.
