Private House, Rosserdale Crescent, Mt Eliza, VIC
Mount Eliza is a seaside suburb of Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula. From the 1920’s, it grew from a collection of holiday homes to a modern day suburb of permanent dwellings for established residents, some of whom owning residential high-end homes.
Project Design Brief
To maximise the ocean views for the owners of one home, long balconies were built and as the building needed protection from rain and runoff, drainage was required. The owners wanted the drains to be discreet to harmonise with the large terrazzo tiles selected for the balcony floor.

- ACO worked with the builder to ensure the custom drains were sized correctly for the application.
