Ashmore Tavern, Gold Coast, QLD

Ashmore Tavern was established in 1985 and is today a popular meeting point for people living in and around the northern suburbs of the Gold Coast. The tavern has several bars including a sports bar, TAB and a dining and entertaining precinct. Local families are attracted to the venue because of a unique kids play area featuring toys, video games and movies.

Project Design Brief

For the new outdoor deck adjacent to the sports bar area, designers wanted a drainage system that could be incorporated along the sliding door. A discreet customised linear drain solution was required to allow accessibility and to preserve the visual continuity of the floor pattern.
