The external building areas, specifically around the swimming pool and along the building’s balcony areas, required a new stormwater drainage system. The owner expressed a strong preference for a visually discrete system that would blend in with the various floor finishes. The designer and builder had to collaborate with the drain manufacturer to build a custom drain that would meet both the performance and aesthetic requirements of the project.
